Product development and samples

We work closely with the customers  and the factories on developing the product  from the concept, design, sketch, drawing, tooling  to complete a sample before going to the mass production.

Factory visits/Audits

We organize the factory visits to the customers as well as we assist the performance of the factory audit as requested by the customer.

Order process:

We control all  steps of the order process:
Inquiry-> Quote->Tooling-> Sampling->Approval-> Order -> Deposit-> Production-> Inspection->Shipment-> Balance payment

Quality control

All products  are  monitored closely  from the material order stage to the shipment period.

We perform the quality inspection DURING and PRE- SHIPMENT production  by sending to the customers the detailed inspection report to be approved before the shipment to avoid the defects or claims when the goods arriving to the destination.

Order management and delivery time control

We follow up closely with the factories on the timeline.

We send to the buyers the Work In Progress (WIP) weekly to ensure the delivery is on time.

Shipping and export coordination

We coordinate with the factory to ensure all the shipping  documents are available before the shipment. We also provide the logistics support, in case the buyers do not have their  own freight forwarders to assign, we will arrange the best and reliable forwarder  with good rates whose expertise in all import/export rules,duties and tariffs
